We will explore one of the seven main chakras, chant the seed mantra for it, receive a guided meditation on it and then rest to a sound bath corresponding to this Chakra.

Through the journey of a  Meditation layered with the sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, you will relax, release tension and anxiety, while having a focused awareness in the present moment, allowing you to arrive at inner peace and calm.
