Badawang Art Terms and Conditions
All orders will be shipped free via USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex. with in 1-3 business days. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. We will do our best to get your order fulfilled as soon as possible. If there is a delay in shipping, Badawang Art will contact you via email or phone to give you an update on your order. If you desire express shipping, we will accommodate that request with the corresponding charges that apply.
International / Canadian Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States. Look for updates on that in the future.
About Handmade Goods
Please keep in mind that handmade goods have slight variations. What you see in the photograph on the website may be slightly different than the product you receive. We make every effort to show a photograph that represents the item to be shipped. Slight variations may show up in color, size, design shape or texture giving the piece it’s own character. This is the beauty of handmade.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction with your order is our top priority. We pride ourselves in offering quality merchandise.
If for some reason you would like to return or exchange an item, please call to get a return authorization. If approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your merchandise, at the customer’s expense, with an authorization code, the original packing and may incur a 15% restocking fee.

All returns or exchanges should be mailed to: Badawang Art, 37 Maple Street, Summit, NJ 07901 with and authorization code printed on the outside of the box or envelope.
